After-Hour Diagnostic Fee for Residential and Commercial: $90.00
Courier for emergency parts rush: $65.00
Residential Clean and Check: $80.00
Commercial Clean and Check: $90.00

Large Commercial Properties with more than 1 heat/cool unit will priced as a “package” quote per year based on size, access, types of equipment and maintenance requirements.
All ESA customers will receive 15% discount on all repairs.
All CFC customers will receive a “spiff” for referrals. Spiff amount will be determined as follows:
